About The Textsmith

The Textsmith is all about operating in the Plain text universex. so as to maximize one’s productivity.

From its mission statement, it is clear that this site promotes content over form:

• While structure is important in putting across ideas, it is those ideas that matter at the end of the day;
• Plain text is the basis of every written word in the digital ecosystem.

The site is run and maintained by Ishe Chinyoka who had been working with markup languages for over twenty years, helping both new computer users and experts alike to express themselves in text.
